Frank was co-writer and producer for Boulevard Films which hired Terri Garber back in about 1989 or 1990 for the movie Beyond My Reach. Terri had divorced first husband Chris Hager in 1989 (they had a daughter). Frank was married to Lynn Howson (Murphy) at the time and they had a son (Oliver). In mid-1997 Frank moved to USA (LA area). Frank and Terri were married in July 2001 and divorced just under a year later in June 2002.
