"It seems that Liberty Ross has well and truly moved on from her split with cheating husband Rupert Sanders.
The raven-haired model appeared to confirm her romance with music producer Jimmy Iovine as the couple walked hand-in-hand in New York on Tuesday night.
The pair were out on a date and heading to a Broadway preview night of Motown: The Musical at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in the Big Apple.
The duo were holding hands, before quickly breaking apart when they spotted photographers.
Liberty was certainly dressed to impress for the evening outing, putting her long slender legs on show in white figure-hugging pencil skirt paired with a sheer white T-shirt and pair of snake skin heels.
The 34-year-old beauty rounded out the outfit with her favourite fur coat, which she has been seen wearing several times in the past few weeks.
Proudly striding alongside Iovine, Liberty was glowing and gorgeous with a big smile plastered across her face.
Her demeanour showed that the mother-of-two is much happier these days after a rough few months.
Liberty and Iovine were first spotted together in February when she was photographed leaving a New York hotel with the Interscope-Geffen label boss.
A source close to the model said they are 'just getting to know each other better'.
Liberty filed for divorce from husband Sanders following his affair with Kristen Stewart, last month, listing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their split.
In 2014 he started dating Liberty Ross. They got married in front of their Malibu beach house on Valentine's Day, 2016, with friends and family in attendance. Sean John Combs aka Puffy Daddy, remarked at the wedding, "This is the blackest wedding with a Rabbi I have ever seen!"
