"Newspaper pictures of Dunn at London parties with topless models and magazine features linking him with alcohol have also angered the Blackburn manager.
Dunn met Degg, from whom he split last autumn, in a London nightclub.
He even revealed he was on his way to the capital to see her when he received his England call-up from Eriksson on his mobile phone.
The pair were snapped canoodling at the appropriately named Shhh nightclub in London's Leicester Square last February.
