8-year on-again, off-again relationship
Teri Brogan has been dating the teen sensation on and off for four years.
Paolo, from Paisley, wrote most of the songs on his best-selling album These Streets about her.
But she`s never been pictured before - and no one has known her true identity because Paolo only refers to her as Teri.
Now we can reveal that the mystery girl is a marketing student at Strathclyde University and is a former champion Highland dancer who won prizes at the Cowal Games.
Paolo and Teri first met at St Andrew`s Academy in Paisley when they were 12. They started dating three years later but broke up and are now back together.
Paolo`s album was the surprise hit of the summer and has catapulted him to international stardom.
He recently said that, despite being bombarded with offers from groupies, Teri is the only girl for him.
Lovestruck Paolo said: "That kind of thing is getting more annoying seeing as I have a girlfriend already. And no one can compare to her."
The teenager, who has a pounds 1million deal with Atlantic Records, has admitted that many of the tracks from his album are about Teri.
Paolo, whose parents run a fish and chip shop in Paisley, said: "When I first heard Elton John`s Your Song, I knew I wanted to write a song for somebody and I`m loving giving these songs to Teri."
His first single Last Request, which went straight into the charts at No 5, is just one of the songs he penned about her.
It contains the lyrics "Grant my last request and just let me hold you, don`t shrug your shoulders, lay down beside me".
Another song, Rewind, tells the story of the couple`s traumatic split.
And in another, called Alloway Grove - named after a street near where she lives - he sings: "I love your prowess and the things that you do and it`s your flawless soul that bleeds my stone..."
